Romaine Millington - NEXUS People Solutions

Romaine specialises in individual, team and leadership development, focusing largely on behaviour and the impact of that behaviour. She is particularly interested in the ‘psychological contract’ and all of her work is based on the underpinning principle of “valuing differences, bridging gaps”.

She has a positive approach, encouraging individuals to capitalise on their strengths as well as working on their development needs. She considers that authenticity (‘being oneself’) and having fun are essential ingredients to a successful working environment.
