Elizabeth Gama

Elizabeth GamaElizabeth has worked both in the US and in Brazil. A respected and accomplished consultant, she conducts individual selection and development assessments for organizations hiring for management positions or seeking to develop their managers and executives. Elizabeth also works as an executive coach.

 

In 1989 Elizabeth studied Achievement Motivation and Qualitative Research. A native of Brazil, she spent a big part of her professional career as a university professor. She has published many articles and presented papers on cross-cultural counseling, women’s achievement and attribution and achievement.

 

In 1999 Elizabeth was employed by Personnel Decisions International in the United States as a senior consultant delivering assessment, training and coaching services. In 2002 she established her own company, named Develop in Brazil, providing services to national and international companies including Hewlett Packard, Royal Dutch Shell, Unilever, Medtronic, Avery Dennison, Coca-Cola, Wal-Mart Brazil and other global businesses.

Ann YaggieWith more than 20 years of experience as a corporate leader, Ann brings an integrated-systems perspective to any discussion or situation and a straightforward, practical approach to coaching and consulting. Ann’s unique and varied career and
educational experiences allow her to quickly identify and communicate interrelationships among issues, people, and complex organizational systems. Her positive outlook, energy, and participative leadership style enable her to inspire, motivate, and develop leadership in others.

 

During her career, Ann held high-level positions in operations, marketing, training,
and organization development. In addition, she experienced first-hand the
challenges of rapid growth, transition from a privately-held entrepreneurial company
to a publicly-traded corporation, and acquisition by and merger with a global financial services organization.
