educational experiences allow her to quickly identify and communicate interrelationships among issues, people, and complex organizational systems. Her positive outlook, energy, and participative leadership style enable her to inspire, motivate, and develop leadership in others.
During her career, Ann held high-level positions in operations, marketing, training,
and organization development. In addition, she experienced first-hand the
challenges of rapid growth, transition from a privately-held entrepreneurial company
to a publicly-traded corporation, and acquisition by and merger with a global financial services organization.
Ann is a member of the Minnesota Coaches Association and the Human Resources Executive Forum.
